Hey there! I am a Registered Dietitian passionate about the emotional and physical well being of others. I double as a dance instructor and have earned an advanced degree in Health Psychology.

 

Nutrition and mental health are both very important to me. My passions are to help others break free from any negative ideas of food they carry, along with opening their eyes to the joys of “everything in moderation”.

 

I am also a wife to my high school sweetheart and a mama to a spunky lil' barn cat named Bandit -- both of whom I love with all my heart!​
